  17. Despite what Microsoft would have you believe, Windows 95 sits on top of
  18. DOS 6.22 just like WfWG 3.11 did. Windows 95 is still not strictly an OS. 
  19. Anything you type on the Win95 shutdown screen goes straight to a DOS
  20. prompt you can't see. Try format c: on your shutdown screen...
